Orders are placed with our Sales Office. Staffed by a group of friendly, helpful and knowledgeable people our sales office is ready to receive your orders by phone or fax.
Orders must be submitted by 10pm for next day delivery. Delivery days to most areas are Monday to Saturday.
In addition we have developed our computer system to produce a tailored fax order sheet unique to each customer, based on their past order history.
Through these measures, and others, our Sales Office is dedicated to accepting and processing each customer's order correctly and efficiently so we can deliver your requirements on time and without errors.
Representation
We provide our customers with regular consultative service calls from our representatives.
Not just an order taker, our representatives all have extensive backgounds in food service (most as former chefs) and bring to our customers knowledge on the latest foodservice product, technology, menu trends and experience in catering economics.
Our representatives become a valuable resource to you, our customer, by providing a source of advice to assist your chefs to maximise your returns, improve productivity, or sometimes just provide a friendly sounding board for new ideas.
